Delivery, Cancellation and Return Conditions

You can exchange or return the products you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date in accordance with the distance sales contract. Please inform us of your exchange and return requests on our WhatsApp Support Line (+90 531 961 34 27).

When your orders are delivered to you, you must check your products; if there is a possible damage, you must keep a "damage determination report" and inform us of this situation.

For your exchange-return requests as per our Linda Jewelluxx company procedure; In case of problems caused by the company (product damaged during cargo transportation), cargo costs are covered by us. In case of problems that are not caused by our company (size mismatch, dislike of the model…) the shipping costs will belong to you.

All of our jewelry is as stated in the descriptions. Our products are resistant to chemicals, sea-pool water. It does not cause any darkening or fading over time. We offer you a 6-month warranty in our company for the blackening-fading situations that may occur on the contrary. The order you want to return or exchange, as sent to you; The product must be sent to the address we will inform you, complete with the invoice and gift products, if any, in its own product box. All our exchange-return transactions are provided by the courier company sent to you. After sending your cargo, you need to send us your cargo tracking number from our WhatsApp Support Line (+90 531 961 34 27).

All responsibilities after the shipment of your cargo belong to you. The product must be forwarded to us as it was sent to you. Damaged box-product, shipping to different address, shipping with different box, etc. Our company is not responsible for the problems and your exchange-return request will not be accepted. You will be contacted after your shipment arrives. For your return request, the cost of the products will be returned to your bank account within 5 working days, if the order was placed using a credit card, to your credit card, via money order/EFT or as payment at the door.

There are no returns or exchanges in our wholesale sales.

     ORDER CANCELLATION PROCESS

For the cancellation of your orders that have not been shipped yet; You can create a "cancellation request" by going to the "my orders" section through your membership, or you can report this request to us via our WhatsApp Support Line (+90 531 961 34 27).

The refund amount of your order, which you have created with online payment, will be returned to your account within 3 working days, depending on your bank.
